In 2000, I was the chief of the laboratory department. I still remember a little thing that happened until today.
At that time, RG6 of conductor in two specifications of copper clad steel and copper wire was put into warehouse. On October 22, 2013, the American customer sent the order demand information to me as the customer manager. I urgently needed to order a cabinet of type C and UL certified coaxial cable, and it was required to arrive at the customer warehouse in the United States within 15 days. Because the customer's project is in the state of installation and construction, I hope Tianjie company will give strong support. However, in the previous purchase contract, the customer did not specify the delivery requirements for this product. If the company's normal production and transportation time is 45 days at the fastest.
In the face of customers' special requirements, I repeatedly discussed solutions with relevant departments. As a result, apart from air transportation, there is no better way to solve customers' urgent needs. So I reported this situation to Mr. Chen: because shipping time normally takes one month, the fastest speed can only be achieved by air transportation, but it needs to increase the transportation cost of 300000 yuan, and the customer does not bear the cost. In the face of customers' demands and increased transportation costs, Mr. Chen, in line with the business philosophy of "honesty and trustworthiness" of cooperation with customers and the customer philosophy of "creating high-quality experience and achieving excellent value" of Tianjie, finally agreed to airlift the batch of cables to the United States to solve the urgent needs of customers. Support Wenchuan earthquake disaster area —— handsome
In the early morning of May 12, 2008, a 7.8-magnitude strong earthquake occurred in Wenchuan, Sichuan Province. Mr. Chen immediately called the office to call the Department Manager's meeting the next day after learning the news from the news broadcast that evening. The meeting decided to call on all members to donate money to support the earthquake stricken areas in Sichuan, help our compatriots overcome the disaster, resume production and rebuild their homes.
