In order to carry out the mission of the enterprise, promote the enterprise culture, let the enterprise culture really rooted in the heart of each of our colleagues, recently, Tianjie Industrial all staff in the company's multi-functional hall held the "Seventh Enterprise Culture Knowledge Contest".

This year's cultural knowledge competition is different from the past, not only cultural knowledge, chairman of the quotes, safety production, workers' industrial reform, but also involves the content of the party building, all employees are divided into 14 groups, each group set up a captain, and all have their own team name.

The competition was hosted by Wang Tingting of Human Resources Department, who focused on the purpose and significance of organizing the competition, as well as the rules of the activity. The competition was divided into four types of questions: compulsory questions, robbing questions, risk questions and prize answers. The activity officially started in the sound of everyone's cheerful applause.

The first part of the session was the "mandatory questions", each question was worth 10 points, all groups participated in the questions at the same time, and wrote the answers on the answer board. The questions were about the essence of Tianjie's culture, which were short and meaningful. Since it was easy to memorize, most of the groups got good scores and easily moved on to the next section.

In the "question and answer" section, with a "start", each group leader to the fastest speed to press the hands of the answer machine. Some pressed too fast, was prompted as a foul, unfortunately lost the qualification of this question; some pressed a little slow, missed the qualification of the question; only those who know the law of the robber, can rob the answer successfully, get the qualification of the question. Only those who know the rules of the answering machine can successfully answer the questions. The captains of the "Right Team" and "All Answers Team" were in the lead in this part of the game because they had grabbed the qualification for answering the questions for many times and answered correctly.

 

In the "Prize Competition" section, many employees were eager to raise their hands to answer the questions and got a gift. This fully reflects that the culture of Tianjie has penetrated into the hearts of employees.

The "Risk Question" section not only tests your knowledge reserve, but also challenges your psychological quality. Some of them were so nervous that they were deducted from the score if they could not answer the questions; some of them were not afraid of danger and rose to the challenge by choosing difficult questions and answering them fluently. The gap between the scores was widening and the atmosphere of the game reached a climax. Among them, the pair team performed the most eye-catching and cooperated the most tacitly, with 220 points far ahead of other groups.

At the end of the game, the host Wang Tingting announced the winners of the game, and awarded the representatives of the "Team Award" and the "Best Player Award" team members.

Mr. Chen Xiaolin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presented the award to the representative of "Team Award".

Zhang Xiaoer, Vice President of Production, presented the awards to the "Best of the Award" individuals.

 

The first, second and third prizes for teams were: Team Pair Pair (Finance Department + Digitization Team), Team Answer All (Cable Sales Department 2), and Team Miracle (Americas + Northwest Europe Region).

The first, second and third prizes for the best players were: Luo Jinyi, Shi Wangchao and Ji Bin.

 

The chairman of the board made a short comment on this enterprise culture knowledge competition, and he hoped that through this activity, everyone's knowledge of Tianjie's culture would be deepened once again.
