(Summary description)On March 10, 2020, President Qian Mingfeng of Vocational Education Center of Lin'an District Federation of trade unions and his party were accompanied by President song Limin of Linglong Street Federation of trade unions for investigation and guidance. Shuai Pingyue, manager of management department and chairman of trade union of our company, received Dai Yinli, manager of human Resources Department, and they had a detailed communication and docking on "industrial worker reform and enterprise university operation".
Chairman Shuai first introduced to President Qian the highlights of Tianjie industrial workers' reform in the three aspects of "education, skills and motivation". Firstly, in the aspect of education, mainly through "all staff learning meeting, successor growth education, cadre learning meeting, staff morning meeting, Chinese Studies morning reading, benchmarking learning" and other ways to improve the staff's professional quality and professional ethics; secondly, in the aspect of skills, mainly through "skills training, skills qualification evaluation and skills competition"; thirdly, in the aspect of motivation, mainly through "skills training, skills qualification evaluation and skills competition" "Three channels for employee growth are designed, including skill allowance, annual contribution award and equity incentive; meanwhile, employees with skill level above senior worker enjoy political treatment above manager level, and can participate in important meetings and strategic planning activities of the enterprise. Today, 81 people have passed the vocational skill level certification organized by the human resources and Social Security Bureau and the vocational qualification evaluation center, including 3 technicians and above, 24 senior workers and 30 intermediate workers.  
Through the reform of industrial workers, the company further stimulates the growth of employees and creates greater value for employees, enterprises and society.
At the same time, since 2019, the enterprise has opened the enterprise university, and has held several training courses on vocational education, operation skills and enterprise management through experts and teachers from towns, trade unions and brother enterprises, gradually forming a training mechanism with Tianjie characteristics.
Finally, President Qian of the District Federation of trade unions put forward the following suggestions
1. It is hoped that the Federation of trade unions and towns and streets will take the lead in organizing the skills competition in the wire and cable industry to improve the skills of employees;
2. In view of the new situation and problems encountered in the identification of Enterprise Universities and vocational skills, the vocational education center of the District Federation of trade unions will take the lead in organizing relevant enterprises and industry experts to compile training materials related to vocational skills in the communication wire and cable industry;
3. The vocational education center of the District Federation of trade unions takes the lead in exploring a new mode of staff training, exploring the cooperation with the University of agriculture and forestry in running schools, directly training enterprises through the establishment of wire and cable manufacturing professional learning classes, and transporting skilled backbone, or training enterprise skilled workers through the mode of vocational education center running classes.
