First taste of Alibaba: a visit to Alibaba Riverside Park

(Summary description)On the afternoon of November 27, 2020, more than 40 senior management personnel of Tianjie industry went to Alibaba Binjiang park to exchange and study with the elite leaders of Alibaba.
When we arrive at Alibaba Park, we first visit Alibaba cultural exhibition hall to understand Alibaba's development process. Here, Ali's "lakeside era" is displayed, and each photo conveys the history of the pioneering partners' passionate struggle.
Then we were taken to the first floor of the main building by the reception staff, and we learned about Ali's corporate culture and felt Ali's innovative measures in corporate culture and staff's human life. For example, Ali's "one year fragrance, three years alcohol, five years old" refers to a badge for employees who have been in Ali for enough one year, and a jade pendant will be given to employees in 3 years. Ali is really wonderful. In 5 years, a ring will be given to employees, and there is a ceremony of giving a ring. Let the staff feel, together with the passing day, are so precious!
We also visited Ali public welfare, Ali post office, Ali supermarket, Alibaba Starbucks, Ali canteen, etc.; visited and felt the unique martial arts culture and innovation gene of the largest Internet e-commerce enterprise in the world, understood Alibaba's innovative measures in employee care and human resource management; and learned how to build a 102 year old enterprise and happy enterprise.
During the visit, we saw Ali's innovation atmosphere almost everywhere: signs on the walls, in the corridor, in the elevator and beside the road, which are thought-provoking and pleasant. For example, on the wall of the door, "let the world have no difficult business"; men's toilets are called "waterfall Pavilion", women's toilets are called "listening to rain Pavilion"; training classrooms are called "Tianji mountain villa", etc.; dining halls and classrooms are labeled with "happy work and serious life".
Finally, we were brought to the training room, and we were shocked by the teacher's explanation of Ali's corporate culture with the way of micro film. The whole process of image and generation was very strong, and our emotions also fluctuated.
Ali's core values are "customer first, teamwork, embracing change, passion, honesty and entrepreneurship", and also known as Ali's "six pulse sword", which is the basis for Ali to develop rapidly in recent years. The teacher gave an example of the sales team he brought, which made us feel the importance of sticking to and leading the example.
Why can Ali employees work creatively, energetically and conscientiously? In fact, Ali's corporate culture plays a very important role. Everyone will inject dreams into Ali. Everyone is very hard to work hard to achieve their goals.
